How we handle information.

Who we are

This site, baseloadcompute.ai, is operated by Baseload, Inc. ("Baseload"), the company behind Baseload Compute. Questions about this policy go to info@baseloadcompute.ai.

What we collect

Information you choose to send us. The form on our Careers page asks for your name, email address, a link you want us to see, the area you work in, and a message. Anything you email us is kept as correspondence.

Technical information from your browser. When you load the site, the servers that deliver it record standard request logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.

Third-party services the site loads. The typefaces come from Google Fonts and the animation library comes from Cloudflare's cdnjs. When a page loads, those services receive your IP address and basic browser details as part of serving the files. We do not receive anything from them about you.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics or tracking scripts.
• We do not use advertising cookies or pixels.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

The site stores one temporary value in your browser so the opening animation plays once per visit rather than on every page. It contains no personal information, it is not used to identify or track you, and it clears when you close the tab.

How we use what you send

To reply to you, to consider an introduction you send through the Careers page, and to share documentation with counterparties under a non-disclosure agreement. The Careers form does not send anything to a server: it opens an email in your own mail app, addressed to us, with what you typed, and you decide whether to send it.

Who can see it

People at Baseload who need it to respond to you, and the service providers that process information on our behalf: hosting (Cloudflare), email, and the font and script services named above, each limited to providing that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Introductions and applications for up to twelve months from receipt, unless a conversation continues or you ask us to delete them sooner. Other correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose you sent it. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short, rolling period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@baseloadcompute.ai. We respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
